When you use Poolify, we collect information you provide directly: your email address, name, and zip code during account creation. We also collect photos you upload for pool design generation. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

• To generate AI pool design visualizations from your uploaded photos
• To manage your account and credit balance
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, magic links)
• To improve our AI design quality and service

3. Photo Storage

Uploaded backyard photos and generated designs are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting hello@poolify.ai.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Poolify:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Replicate — AI image generation
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
• Vercel — website hosting

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. Your photos are not shared with third parties except as needed for AI processing.
