1. Service Description

Poolify is an AI-powered pool design visualization tool. You upload a photo of your backyard, and our AI generates realistic pool concept images. These are conceptual visualizations, not engineering plans.

2. Account & Credits

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Free credits are provided upon signup to try the service.
• Additional credits can be purchased via our pricing plans.
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that you do not have the right to use
• Use generated designs to misrepresent completed construction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Use automated tools to abuse the service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated pool designs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use (sharing with contractors, presentations, social media). You may not resell generated designs as a standalone product.

5. Disclaimer

Poolify designs are conceptual visualizations only. They are not architectural plans, engineering drawings, or construction documents. A licensed pool builder, engineer, or architect must verify feasibility, structural requirements, local codes, and permits before any construction begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Poolify is not liable for any construction decisions made based on generated designs. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
